The Haven’s goal is to empower those affected by the disease of addiction and help them truly overcome the difficulties of their in order to live a life free from drugs and alcohol. The Haven offers treatment of the highest caliber for those suffering from co-occurring disorders, and seeks to eliminate fear, hopelessness, and shame. The Haven’s strives to assist individuals in finding long-lasting solutions in order to live their lives free from addiction. In treating substance use and mental health disorders, we have found that each person needs specialized attention. Our highly skilled and professional staff uses focused, individualized comprehensive clinical assessments and treatment plans, and facilitate a number of evidence-based modalities which include: Shame Resilience, Seeking Safety, and Trauma Informed Care, using the Sanctuary Model, Moral Reconation Therapy (MRT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Relapse Prevention, Life Skills, and case management.
The Haven uses medication assisted treatment in an effort to help individuals detox and reduce drug cravings. The Haven allows previously prescribed, common interventions such as Methadone, Suboxone, Naltrexone, Buprenorphine, and Vivitrol while in treatment. This form of treatment will be closely monitored and evaluated by The Haven’s medical provider and Project Reality who work closely together in an effort to assist individuals in increasing their level of functioning, abstinence from substances, and treatment engagement, while reducing drug cravings.
We offer residential treatment services, as well as safe and supportive transitional housing in The
Haven’s Sober Living Program. We provide services for veterans, individuals with little to no
income, justice involved, and who are homeless or have unstable and unsupportive housing.
