The Haven’s 7th Annual Charity Golf TournamentFriday, August 4th is the 7th Annual Charity Golf Tournament at Old Mill Golf Course. Old Mill Golf Course address will be listed below. Registration is at 7:00am, and the shotgun start is at 7:30am.

Your per person registration cost covers 18 holes of golf, lunch, a raffle ticket for our raffle drawing, as well as a sober fellowship and fun! We will have awards at the end for: 1. First Place Champions 2. Longest Drive and 3. Closest To The Pin.

Choose your own foursome, and register with your team! To make payments please call Jen at The Haven at 801-533-0070, etx. 107. You can also send payments by mail to: 974 E. South Temple, SLC, UT 84102 (Attn: Golf Tournament). To pay online please visit our website (www.havenhelps.com/events). All payments must be received by Jen at The Haven by July 10th! If you can’t make it but would still like to donate you can do so through all the payment methods above.

We can’t wait to see all who come out for this great cause, we always have a blast, and this year is no exception, so get your registrations in as soon as you can!
