Happy Holidays

Happy HolidaysHappy holidays from The Haven family to you. We are wishing everyone a safe and happy holiday with the ones they love. However, as we know and have discussed a lot in recent posts, we know it can be anything but that for some.

If that is the case, there are other safe places you can spend the holiday, and don't have to be alone. There are meetings, and gatherings full of a recovery community that will provide the love and support everyone deserves this holiday season.

The Salt Lake City Central Office is hosting Christmas and New Year’s holiday gatherings. There will be food, good company, and maybe even a little craziness. If you would enjoy some laughter and friendship with some kindred spirits, come to the Central Office for the holidays. No admission fee. If you want, bring something to share like food, a smile, a story, etc:

 Christmas Eve – 4:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.

Christmas Day – 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

New Year’s Eve – 4:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.

New Year’s Day – 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

There are AA meetings across the valley as well, click this link to see the schedule: AA Meetings Christmas Day

If you are struggling, please remember to reach out to others in recovery, to help you, as well as others. Many share the struggle this time of year, and nobody has to be unsafe, or alone to get through it!

Warmest Wishes, may your day be merry and bright!
